doesn't have to be a great business in this sector to have at least 10 to 15% margin...then value that at 10 to 15 times, and u then have it valued about at revenue...very, very rough figures of course.
....we have seen margins near 70%, and we have seen pe's of 50 and more, but yes, critical scale needs to be achieved, where they are easily paying their overheads ...and those days of very lofty valuations are likely behind us
