He is buying for the same reason everyone else is, this just got too cheap and now we have seen a real turn around and evidence that the management on the ground are doing a very good job building a very profitable business that can grow under its own revenues at 50% plus a year for quite a few years ... beter than a tech stock but priced like its going out of business .... its a shame there were so few able to be bought when it was under 4 cents ....
