you’re in good company - read some of the history and there are many who have the experience of buying to watch the fall (it hasn’t lasted long around here).
shorters would need balls of steel to look at rac from here I would think. (Check the great threads that have valuations and commentary with noted sources, and then apply your own assumptions).
