In my view, this is a very strategic decision backed with rigour.
I believe this decision is equal to that of his initial investment..perhaps this was an even better decision as the initial investment was only buying in whereas this has crafted an excellent exit plan in the event of a buyout meaning he walks away with more bags and leaves less for the ATO!
