Rule one with money and business is maintain control.
Three BPs will never agree and be thinking FOMO on each other
...and each will want to take total control.
It's hard enough writing a contract with one lawyer
Let alone three separate lawyers about the one contract.
The lawyers will argue their advantage until no one has the energy to complete anything.

If three BP are going to be involved it will be via a licencing arrangement controlled by Race.

Whilst a big buyout would be great for SHs.
Getting Zantrene to as many patients as possible who can benefit from it should be the goal.
If one Big Pharma takes control there is a risk Zantrene could be lost/hidden/underdeveloped for many indications.

With all the work Race has been doing with drug combinations, especially those coming up for patent expiry, it seems clear Race are thinking of a licencing model where they can keep developing further Zantrene solutions. Maybe I am too idealistic.

However, I don't expect Race will ever admit that licencing is their preferred method because no one can tell when and if one BP will come up with a Don Corleone type of offer.

It should be pretty clear in the next 24 months
