I guess you could say that tip ranks benefits those that are honest and participate truthfully at first purchase of a stock as I do. It definitely does not favour the down rampers who come onto a forum just to trash it and bring it down.
So I guess amongst all of this it is an honest assessment of those who are honest from the beginning.
