Good call out. Yeah Leiden - relating to organ rejection - but Kidney not Lung. At the level I was talking one organ being transplanted and facing rejection is pretty much the same as another but fair enough it wouldn't look that way to most.
I'm coming from a standpoint of MSCs being non implanting cells that act as immune system resetting agents - the problem with organs that are transplanted - whatever they are - heart, kidney, lung, liver - is an immune one, I'll say in my opinion, for brevity but I think its a bit more than just my opinion that the problem with organ transplants generally is the immune response.
