I don't know the answer but I will speculate.
a leading treatment such as Aricept, shows poor improvement at the best of times, it only works for a short time, and that is if it even works at all. Pairing Xanamem with something like Aricept would skew the results and cloud data.
I would also like to see of Xanamem really does reduce amyloid via the insulin degrading enzyme pathway, this can only happen by itself.
I'm not objected to a major player adding Xanamem to their own trials and test placebo vs drug A vs drug A plus Xanamem
