Why so many people worried about a insider dumpping a small fraction of his holdings?? Does the action of "insider dumping" really means the company is doomed and going down?
I will give you an example.
Bill Gates - the man used to be richest man in the world has sold some his microsoft holding in the past 2 decades. And just check out what Microsoft SP is now? A lot lot lot higher than the prices he dumped. Will he regret?? Financially yes! If he did not dump, he could be the richest man all the time!
So keep focus on the company itself rather than nosies. What matters is the trial, the science, and quality of management!!
