Here's another angle or lens to look through. Why didn't he get a loan for a $mil ? Interest rates are the lowest they've ever been.
1 million at 2% interest pa = $20k
RAC traded as high as $3.77 the day he started selling. In the backroom deal he sold his shares at $3.25 quite a discount. His overall holding went down 4 million dollars plus.
And he's our deal maker.
