Agreed. The flip side is, JC doesn’t have cash to convert his $4.5 oppies even if the SP is higher and there will be mud slinging for letting the oppies expire.
Just like retail SH, if SP is now low 3’s would you buy now on market or convert at $4.5 in 4 months? Instead of selling what if JC bought on market now and let the oppies expire?
