    It is not 20%. It is a lot lower than that. It is 1.89% 1.1 million shares. No wonder the damned thing moves like a snail. On the flip side, you might be able to corner the public side of the silver market. I know I'm feeling like an important part-owner, now.
    Instos own 3.27% which is less than $3m worth in total. Instos have more money than that in their swear jars.
    Private companies own 92.5%.
    So AGD is a public company that the public does not own.
