GG has been instrumental for MSB but I don't like the fact that him & SI combined have an outright/25%+ blocking power. I would have lined their combined holding fall just short of the blocking power, which would attract BIG investors. That would have helped keep shorters away as they would sweep the not-so-serious retail shares as they put up for sell, instead of that 10% or so portion of shares that keeps rotating between shorters and (not-so-smart) retail, crippling SP momentum.
The situation is like, the ritzy part of town keeping their mansions, and trash end of town keep selling to anyone knocking on their door for qick cash. And that falsely represents the property value fir the whole town, as per "sale prices"! And of for some reason (e.g. 20% limit) the rich part of town cannot invest further, and some dudes with 25%+ stop other investors from taking interest, then the situation continues ... till they find some gold then its hard to stop value from rising. That "gold" in MSB town has been found (Ryoncil) and mining for a bigger resource is underway.
