Not quite so @nippy. I know you're good at math. 247,618 ordinary shares on a 1 for 4 participation = 61,905 ordinary shares at AUD0.30 (rounded up to the nearest share). Link here.
I believe Ms Bell's and her partner's SMSF took up their full share entitlement on the retail offer. But yeah, they didn't top up then & it may be that the MSB Share Trading policy kicked in on the top-up, which was non-entitlement (as distinct from the entitlement offer).
What's even more important, IMO, than what happened in December is that they're buying now. On market. And big.
