Jane has done the purchase just outside the blackout period - see below.
While Jane cannot posses any material information from MSB, this purchase is a very significant event in the MSB journey. If she did not purchase, she cannot until Q3 announcement plus 1 calendar day. We all know that the Management is preparing for the refiling and it will be great if they do this before Q3 release.
Hard to believe that Jane is speculating too about the outcome!
