3.5 Black Out PeriodsIn addition to clause 3.4 above, there are certain times during which Mesoblast Personnel are notpermitted to deal in the securities of the Company due to the proximity of those periods to therelease of financial results, and where there may be heightened risk of actual or perceived insidertrading.
