some company's probably all have a policy that no board members sell their shares without a good reason its frowned apon and can cost you your job paying tax is a good reason and most commonly used and they usually get a good price for them as the sp usually drops a bit then recovers sometimes a month later or so and I am not saying the share sale has caused it but they seem to be very lucky
