Just walked - I think maybe we are reading too much into the price action today. Between 12:15 And 13:15 the price held at 61.5 cents then over the next 20 minutes or so around 500K then unloaded which didn't do a lot for the price as one would expect. Could be someone spooked by the pending RBA announcement or maybe someone just wanted to flog 500K and chose the best price available at the time. We seem to be awash with conspiracy theories at the moment.
If I wanted to make the price tank flogging $300K worth of shares would seem a bit extreme. Much easier to short with a bit of bot selling thrown in and there is no evidence of significant short selling. I think it was just another day at the office.....
