Their job isn't to run the trading of the 4DS shares.
directors fiduciary duty is to the company, not the shareholders. the better the company does in theory the better the shareholder value... the two can be linked, but not always because there are wayyyyy too many variables for anything listed on **promotion blocked** to try and make it the directors fault.
it irks me that so many people on here get upset about them not pumping the share price up in between market annoucements.
We know what they're aiming for (sale of the company), we know roughly where they're up to (it's working better than they thought). In a week or so we'll find out more about the plan.
buy / sell / don't. It's not up to them.
