If you had been following the threads so far regarding the exercising of options, you will already understand that the Tax implications are FAR FAR better for him (as he resides in the US) to sell some of his options at for example 14 cents rather than for example 50 cents .......

I repeat GA increased his holdings ..........and at the same time gave you the opportunity to buy more at a cheaper price !
