He converted expiring options and sold them straight away over a 4 day period. Its not a positive.
He either
a) Needed some quick cash by getting 50% profit on converting options.
b) Doesn't believe there is any reason to hold on to the shares in the short-mid term.
Still holding overall, so long term the value is still there. Interpret that as you will.
