Would there be no Blackout period for results, i.e. He buys on market today, with no knowledge of any material news. Receives results next day. Must release to market as per listing rules. I thought blackout periods were only around Quarterlies etc, where they know what's coming. That Being he can take a punt on the results just like anyone else.
