Nope ... he will soak up whatever he can tomorrow as he doesn't need to advise the market anything until Monday ... IF he was going to launch a full TO he would get every single share he could up to the 19.99% threshold between now and COB tomorrow and then let everyone know his intentions on Monday .... why pay more for the shares up to that 19.99% level if you don't have to ??
Although he has been very quiet for 6 months, IMO he isn't going down the TO track - just seeking a Board seat ? .... Then again has he been quiet for 6 months while he organised a syndicate to TO Myer at these cheaper prices ? Many possibilities that we will find out (as always) when we are told ... hehe
