I'm not privy to the negative sentiment but I found it interesting that there was a fair bit of SH push back @ the AGM on the granting of these 5,000,000 unlisted options given an exercise price of $0.60 each. That's organic growth of 50% per share in 2 and a bit years to be in the money - a fair whack.
I started having unfounded "conspiracy" thoughts...the BoD is aware of an imminent bid and want their executive team member to participate in any TO windfall. At 80c per share (SN's stated starting price)...well, that's a cool $1M bonanza, Jill
