Conidi's 15M options were certainly an outrage, dilution of share value by stealth, however apart from that I'd rather see Director's buying than not buying. The more of their skin in the game the better imo.
It is history now the way the SP was pushed down to crazy levels just in time to provide a pathetic strike price for Conidi's options. You would think he would have wanted a strike price over 50c in order to provide a mountain of motivaton to help many long term holders to recover their huge paper losses. Seems they've been totally forgotten and disregarded. If he cashes in his 15M options at say under 30c what's that say to shareholders who purchased at 50c+?
