So am I understanding this, Conidi lent out his shares, knowing that he was going to be given options for Vwap over 5 day's trading, knowing that the borrower of these shares was going short and hence putting downward press on the SP. although not illegal, talk about opportunistic behaviour and a complete snub to current shareholders.
