Absolutely agree, JC is hedging his bets. Does he think that he will pick up business if he continues to bulk bill? This is a risky strategy. The other issue seldom talked about is how his clinics stack up with others as far as quality is concerned. I don't live in Vic or NSW, so I don't know what they're like!
