Necro bumping this ann, was wondering if anyone could explain to me what was the occurrance that this is referring to?
I was looking at recent director transactions on nabtrade and saw JG "buy" almost 3 million shares yet there is no purchase/consideration price and this announcement seems to tell a different story about "funding arrangements with UBS". Very confusing!
