JW is ticking all the boxes now, got permission from the Board to buy this particular stack of shares during the company's closed period.
The timeline is worth noting. The quarterly was released prior to trading on 31 January, John gets permission to buy on the same day, then John buys a motza the day after the report is released from someone off-market for $1.16.
He's keen.
