    He founded National Lifestyle Village back in 1999

    They raised capital in 2007 was to give a valuation of $75M
    To date NLV has raised $180M - not sure what the valuation     is currently but J Wood is still Founder/Managing Director but looks like he sold out in 2018 to start Providence Lifestyle Group

    All this is just to say, the guy is switched on and has capital + industry experience and sees something positive in RNT
