These were shares and/or previously exercised options from when "Keithy's" firm took shares in lieu of cash for accounting and company secretarial work. The others are a public company he does director and company secretary work for. His "own" shares he has held. I would assume other people had a say in selling these shares as part of any normal cash flow business.
