On the positive side the management knows more on the inside and if they are buying stock cheap, then there is some hope.

MYR should have an agggressive strategy of forward and backward integration (if you see u can score Qantas points at in numerous ways, so that way Qantas keeps loyal customers) :
For example MYR could give additional discounts to share holders who have mre than 500-1000 shares. (helps SP to go up)
With fears of supplies from china, encourage more Oz brands, to make price competative, bundle up so that more you buy more u save.
Look at some of the strategies adopted by JBHiFi and how they captured customers etc
This will help customer loyalty, more sales and higher SP.

While CUSTOMER FIRST: EFFICIENY Levers were good....retail is not without customers....bring in customers like walk in traffic.

If the future is digital and people watching too much Netflix and not going out, then send it to their door....how about UBER/ Dilveroo brings their product.
