MYR should have an agggressive strategy of forward and backward integration (if you see u can score Qantas points at in numerous ways, so that way Qantas keeps loyal customers) :
For example MYR could give additional discounts to share holders who have mre than 500-1000 shares. (helps SP to go up)
With fears of supplies from china, encourage more Oz brands, to make price competative, bundle up so that more you buy more u save.
Look at some of the strategies adopted by JBHiFi and how they captured customers etc
This will help customer loyalty, more sales and higher SP.

While CUSTOMER FIRST: EFFICIENY Levers were good....retail is not without customers....bring in customers like walk in traffic.
