I deliberately did not post to this because I wanted to see what others thought first. Apparently no one found it significant. AL only has 75.3 K shares that she has paid for herself. She has only sold since buying her initial shares when appointed to the Board.
One of the sections of the AR I pay the most attention to is the "Remuneration report – audited 31" On page 46 it shows what all executives and Board members received bought and sold. Last year AL Sold 228 K shares she up this so far this year by selling 1,000 K shares. About 1/3 of her total holdings. A couple of questions.
IF AL thinks Stock is going up why is she selling so much of her holdings.
Those who still have a buy on Stock and are still holding all their shares do you think you should look at what the executives are doing.
You should look at what P Le Roux who as VP of both production, and SALES and Marketing. and is clearly second in command. He sold less shares than AL in numbers but in % terms he sold more. Since I already gave section to look in, I will let you look it up for your selves. Insiders now hold about 0.85% of stock. down about 50% from only a few years ago.
