Lindsay Ward, Non-Executive Independent Director who gets paid 75,000 for sitting on the board, who now decides to roll the dice at the lowest price . WHC, has been in years. Only pointed last year in FEB with all his previous contacts, another piece of the puzzle on why and how the big short is occurring.
If i was to ask this man a question it would be : Why did WHC not put out a profit guidance prior to the yearly report : Ethical practice would indicate that if a 95% profit decrease was occurring with the revenue that WHC was raking in, a profit guidance would do ?????
