The Malaysian export for FeSi for April was high as I expected. A total of 27,801 tonnes of ferrosilicon was exported from Sarawak in April this is Up from March at 12,561 tonnes.
It will be interesting to see the Quarterly report next week and see OMH sales for the quarter. Not all FeSi will be from OMH but the majority is.

The last OMH quarterly report showed that 30,718 tonnes were shipped in the qtr.
The Report also stated that a bulk shipment missed the QTR, I'm betting this was to the USA
The Malaysian export figures show that a total of 47,013 tonnes of FeSi was exported in Q1, so about 2/3 is from OM Sarawak.
Shipments from Malaysia in the month of March were low at 12,561 tonnes.
The USA import stats show Malaysia supplied 7,578.4 mt ( Jan -April) and 4,801.1 mt ( April) and 0 tonnes (March)
Therefore Jan &Feb was only 2,777 tonnes and the big shipment was in April. Whilst not all FeSi is from OM Sarawak we know that the majority must be.
Its also worth realising that OM Sarawak had 22,000 tonnes of FeSi still in stock end of March
