First time for Mr Low Ngee Tong to buy OMH shares at such a cheap price, he normally pays much more.

Executive chief does some topping up at OM Holdings
FOLLOWING a halving in the share price of OM Holdings, Low Ngee Tong has entered the market and topped up his stake, spending $610,000.
It is about one year since the executive chairman of the Singapore-based manganese miner was last seen in the market; then, he bought 1 million shares from a fellow director for $1.95 apiece.
Mr Low paid $1.22 a share for his latest parcel of shares, and yesterday the scrip closed at $1.13.
