I think the capex record of omh may be questionable.
ie: the tailings retreatment plant, which seems to be wasted money. The conversions seem like a horrible idea. However the other capex items seem to be quite savvy. Particularly the 25% purchase from cmsb.
However, investing for future earnings is hardly wasted money. Most of the capex decisions seem to make good sense.
