That's correct, MH is now a non-exec director. His focus has been on philanthropic projects for a while now and not running this ship.
But can someone help me explain why his "on-market" sale of 5m shares yesterday's did not register on yesterday's volume data?
According to TradingView chart yesterday's volume was only 1.283m which is below daily average.
His last sale in Oct was even bigger but that was at least reported in the volume data.
The chart is starting to look better now as it breaks-out of this downward channel. Next hurdle imo is the 200day ma (red trendline) and also the $5 resistance.
