I think RAC's policy of any new board member's buying a year's worth of salary might be something to reconsider.
What if Mary can't afford any more than what she's bought.
When you select a candidate, you choose them based on their capability and not on how much spare cash they have to buy RAC shares.
Not fussed, how many more shares she buys or not.
Everyone's individual circumstances might be different, as to what they can afford to buy or not.
