Apparently you get shutdown as soon as you mention this subject. Something to do with "You don't know their financial position" blah, blah.... blah.
Also, I'm not sure the clause stating that 'all board members have to spend a minimum of one years salary on Race shares', (or words to that effect, or whatever) is still in force. Apparently, it ceased to be in force just after Mary joined.
It just sounded like another attempt at conveying the 'skin in the game' playbook.
Apparently you get shutdown as soon as you mention this subject....
