That,s one view, BrentT....but when you look at the bigger picture over a longer time frame of 3Y,s filed by MH...one could probably draw an alternative conclusion that she is using the company as her personal casino and her personal interests may not aligned with the shareholders. She has cashed in quite a few chips over the past few years...and then confounds by buying back. Nine 3Y’s in two years - bought 455k of shares around AGM last year (Sep) for around $1.68...now selling for just over a buck.
At least this time last year she was buying the lows...now she is selling into the lows.
Erratic to say the least, and confusing to her fellow shareholders.
So yes, I think it diplomatic and transparent to make a statement on intent as the total of shares sold is now more than funding this years Xmas holiday in St Moritz.
