Yep the old guard were only in it for the cash and self interest, always like seeing director buying with own cash.
By angling the green future it also makes it easier in terms of backlash for Shell, TLS ALD etc to make a play for AGL as well as the current hunters on the register.
I am still of the view AGL is cheap around here and will be taken out within a years time, happy to hold and wait for the $12 plus action to get started.
The free cashflow is enormous and only getting bigger the next few years, so debt not an issue now they dropped the dividend to a good payout level
