    managed to get some at 6.40 and 6.80 last week... IMO at below 7 the dividend yield is reasonable enough for holding by itself.

    TLS just did a PPA for 650gwh of output from the McIntyre wind farm in QLD - about 1/3 of its total windfarm output and covers about 1/4 of their electricity usage... would be very interesting to know the contracted price per mwh... but they have now fixed more than half of their total usage.

    TBH I doubt TLS will have a crack at AGL - but I would agree that ALD could consider it an option as ICE fuels decline in demand... need to do something with current cashflow to keep the company afloat & relevant ... obviously Shell would be in the same boat - but being a global operator - having a much larger warchest.

    Generation side there is more competitors and developments being announced every day - I would be suggesting that AGL will likely PPA their way into new generation capacity covering all of their stated needs and focus direct capital investment on BESS side - will be interesting to watch develop.
