probably learnt from his time at Infigen where both him and his management team and BOD had very small and immaterial holdings due to consistent underperformance of iFN..... ie his performance rights kept blowing up.
ultimately he and the BOD
sold shareholders (including me) down the river on a low ball bid from iberdrola.... imagine what those wind and battery assets are worth right now given where energy prices ie triple the price when they sold us.....
my thinking is it came down to lack of management, BOD and CEO alignment to shareholders......
