Can I ask - is he allowed to buy on the market if there is news imminent on the Buffalo partner?
I mean if we are deep in negotiation with any party (which is meant to be confidential) , wouldn't there be some sort of blackout period due to these negotiations and directors/management can't buy shares?
I am wondering if Buffalo news for a partner isn't happening any time soon due to these share purchases
thoughts ?
