I guess the other side of the coin is that VW would be desperate to look as environmentally friendly as they can given events of recent months, so AJX could have some good leverage there.

In regards to the Appendix 3Y, it is generally a good sign to see directors buying on market. Major concern I see for shareholders is that the last time there was such purchasing was because they had screwed up the raising and the price was in free fall. Price is again in free fall and we know that a raising is coming, quite understandable the market isn't taking this announcement too positively.
