I knew it was the staff selling their windfall shares from low strike options.
Putting yourself in the shoes of them you can understand. They are salaried men/women not used to this kind of financial gains. And for most of them, shares on the stock market are risky stuff regardless, and secondly they indeed won't have the money to exercise the options without selling a few.
