    True, definitely undervalued...and directors know it

    Difficult to know what will cause a share price re-rating.

    Last years annual report noted there is only 91 shareholders who own 100 000 shares or more (those shareholders including me are 85% of VTG issued capital) This includes the management stake....I assume the vast majority of others are related to the company

    VTG is now a very tightly held stock.......it is ironic that for the stock to go up on the market, some insiders are going to have to let go of a significant proportion of it...

    If it does move, it's probably not going to move in small increments....it went from 10cents to 30cents in a matter of months...has stayed there for a long, long time....

    Once an outside buyer (eg.institution) decides they need even just another 5% of it.....it could double in theory...the business is in for an interesting year, as is the share price
