Actually as sthbound pointed out, he got written permission to trade during a closed period. So maybe something non-immediate is on the table (like an asset offer) but has been rejected. I can’t imagine though he would get written approval if they were in the middle of sensitive negotiations right now.
Anyone know more about this?
